Tammy is a former senior state government policy advisor with 12 years of experience managing policy objectives for the Governor of Idaho. Her areas of expertise include healthcare, insurance and social services policy development, advocacy, and legislative relations. Upon leaving state government, she started her own government affairs business, Capital City Consulting, to help her clients manage their governmental needs.  She received her B.A. in Political Science and Public Policy from Boise State University.
